Aufgaben

  • As Site Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of DNP Denmark’s daily operations, including:
  • Ensuring full compliance with Danish labor laws, safety regulations, building codes, and environmental policies
  • Leading regulatory audits and managing relations with unions and government authorities
  • Directing and coordinating Accounting, HR, IT, Administration, and Plant Operations departments
  • Overseeing core business functions: Production, Logistics, and Technical Services
  • Managing recruitment, evaluations, and workforce planning in collaboration with HR
  • Driving strategic initiatives and monitoring budgets in alignment with company goals
  • Approving contracts, investments, and expenses in coordination with the CEO
  • Leading quality assurance efforts including ISO/IATF/customer audits
  • Promoting internal transparency, team collaboration, and a strong workplace culture
  • Representing DNP Denmark with key external stakeholders and institutional partners

Profil

  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional departments within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Deep understanding of production dynamics, labor relations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills across all levels of the organization
  • Practical, hands-on leadership with the ability to build trust and rapport on the shop floor
  • Fluency in governance processes and ability to liaise confidently with unions and authorities
  • Financial acumen, and experience in audit preparation and execution
  • Commitment to long-term organizational growth and improvement
